As an aspiring Eagle Scout, I had the privilege of working on a project that would benefit my community. I led the construction of two benches for the garden area outside my high school. It was a challenging experience that taught me valuable lessons about leadership and gratitude. Overcoming Obstacles in Coordination The initial stage of my project required thorough planning and preparation. I had to research the garden area to find benches that would fit in with the existing ones and was fortunate enough to acquire the schematics for preexisting benches. I also needed to access the tools needed to build the benches, and am grateful to my scoutmaster for letting me use his tools. The project had multiple moving parts, and managing the various elements of the project was a challenge.
